Fascinating image with an interesting story. The varying shades of blue colors with the white creates beautiful and interesting shapes making this a perfect abstract. I am interested to know if this was captured with your cell phone or camera. Also, is the light source outdoor lighting shining through the ice from above? Very nice image Linda. Linda, The contrasting colors and details are very rich and subliminal. Viewing the different shapes and ice drops are mesmerizing. Glimmers of Ice also reminds me of Hokusai's Wave. Great image. Posted: 12/13/2024 23:29:15
I like the blues in this image. If you are inside a cave, I am curious where the source of light is coming from relative to your position. Are the lighter blue areas where the sun is shining through thinner portions of the ice? Nice photo. Posted: 12/15/2024 20:49:02
Linda, A wonderful photo in bright blue and aquamarine colors. Interesting structures, of which the viewer does not know whether it is water, ice or a wave? That's not important either.
