December 2023 - Colourful children
About the Image(s)
The photo was taken near Kolkata, West Bengal, India at the time of Holi (An Indian festival where people play with colour.) I was roaming in the village and watching the people. I saw some children playing with colour and their happy and jovial mood attracted me very much. I took the snap. The photo was taken by my Nikon D 850 camera with 24-70 mm f/2.8 lens. The photo is processed through Photoshop 23 software.

good skin tones. Cropping seems a little forced, dictated by the kids arm, perhaps a wider shot in general. I am undecided on the black background, not sure if some detail would have been better instead of crushing the blacks. Great image. Posted: 12/31/2023 11:51:28
