One of a collection of photographs taken of a shopping centre facade. Not what I had planned as I was drawn to a clock to the left of the window however I couldn't resist the shadows and I took several variations of these shadows which complement the pattern of the stonework and the window.

This is minimalist photo. I love the cast shadow of the railing, it introduces dynamic contrast-a soft, organic curve against rigid geometry. The beige stone is warm, while the blue glass introduces a cool counterpoint.
