What a fun shot! It makes me smile. Great idea to shoot through her hair, and I think having her face so well lit, and her head tilting back into the wind, are both important to how well this works. I encourage you to play around with the crop, maybe find something that doesn't put her smack dab in the middle. I'd crop in from the top and right, maybe even so far as to crop into her hair. Since this was a photoshoot, you likely did not have any control over her outfit or the background. I think this would have worked better with less light on the background, and an outfit that didn't introduce another color. These are nits though. I really like it!   Posted: 07/13/2025 01:00:25
Great photo! I agree with Ken about cropping from the right and darkening the background. The movement of her hair and her face are what I like the most about this. Nice job of capturing the motion.   Posted: 07/13/2025 23:20:03
Nice effect! I'd call it Windswept - doesn't necessarily communicate passion. Consider putting her off-center to the right.   Posted: 07/24/2025 07:21:13
Magic! Top class image. I wondered about losing a bit off the right side but on reflection the figure needs that space.   Posted: 07/28/2025 19:08:13
