Cable Guards are designed to prevent unwanted people from walking / climbing on the cables on the Brooklyn Bridge.
The colour version of the image was very pleasant except for a distracting band of blue sky below the clouds. I also feel the sepia tone gives the image a bit of a vintage feel.
ISO100, 28mm, f8 and 1/320.
