About the Image(s)

This is the road to Jolinkong, in Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand in the Indian Himalayas, near the India-Nepal-Tibet tri-junction. Shot from a speeding vehicle with my Vivo V23e 5G phone 26 mm f/1.8 1/209 sec ISO 100.

Nice composition. Love the winding roads. I would work on the post to bring a little more depth in the color. I would also work on the sky and any other highlights. Nowadays, my Samsung gives dng files of shot in raw mode..not sure what Vivo does...   Posted: 11/13/2024 01:58:41

This seems like 2 images. I want to see more of the winding foreground road as well the overall valley image is inspiring.   Posted: 11/25/2024 19:29:05

All the interest is in the bottom half of the image - do we need anything above the mountains as there is little to see.   Posted: 11/26/2024 19:03:50

The twisting roadway is both exciting and scary looking, glad I don't have to drive on it. I feel if the sky/top portion of the frame could be a little darker or more detail it would hold the entire picture together.   Posted: 11/28/2024 17:17:57
