Background:
This is an artisitc photo shot in a local arboretum during this summer. It was just a product of one of my morning walks.

Nice creation with the Lensbaby. I find the bright leaves at the edges of the frame distracting; they can be cropped out. (This would also effectively move the central leaf off-center). I'd also prefer the bright highlights of the central leaf toned down a bit. But all in all, a very effective image. Posted: 11/23/2024 07:39:30
Progress with the Lensbaby.... I feel the moss is so sharp it takes the eye away from the leaf. Nice composition. I would like to focus on the veins in the leaf and as mentioned tone down the leaf. Posted: 11/25/2024 19:15:58

I really like the soft pastel look of the far away top background. If you cropped out the white object on the right, do you think the single leave, the assumed subject, would be too centered in the frame? Posted: 11/28/2024 17:29:03
