Fun at the Fair

I enter some prints at the local fair each fall (top prize is $5). The rules are that the photos need to have been taken in the 11 months prior to the fair, except for images taken at the prior fair for the category of "Fun at the Fair". I went in the evening to try some images of people on one of the rides, moving of course to show some action. These three young women were having a lot of fun and have good expressions and hair flying. I did sharpen the image with Topaz Photo AI. I am wondering if I over sharpened the hair. Taken with an Olympus 25mm f1.8 lens at 1/1000th second, f2.8, ISO 200.
