About the Image(s)
This was the only airs of our my over the years that we got as a real kitten. She was a seiplong haired black and white, extremely cut and photogenic. This is the only photo I’ve ever taken of a cat with its fur standing out fro fear. Apparently I dropped her in the sink and she was very frightened. I have do-nothing to this photo digitally, so in a wy it doesn’t qualify for DD, but I had food it recently, and loved it so much I had to share.

Joan, you've captured the scared look of the kitten by showing her wide eyes and hair on end. The blurred background allows me to see that wonderful detail in the standing out fur. I'm just disappointed that I can't see the kitten's lower body. I imagine that her claws were out too.   Posted: 07/08/2025 01:24:06
Joan, good shot of the kitten's face, big eyes, and pointy hair. I'm not sure how much processing is required for submission to the group, but eliminating the glare spots and the letters on the bottom right, and softening the background would have made the photo better. Cute cat and cute photo.   Posted: 07/11/2025 00:52:13

Joan, great shot of of your kitten and nice memory. I was taken with her beautiful eyes staring into the camera and the nice glint in both. Also, great detail in the fur, and all those whiskers. Cute pet image bringing back fond memories.   Posted: 07/15/2025 23:00:12
Hi Joan,
The cat's mood is well reflected by her eyes and her hair. Her B&W facial hair makes the scary expression with the pointing hair around her face more visible. I am surprised that you got a very good light at the sink. The catchlights in her eyes help make her eyes more engaging.
I'd prefer to blur the round logo at the right corner to make the photo more beautiful. Nice shot!   Posted: 07/21/2025 13:46:53
