About the Image(s)

The original had balloons that weren’t lighted, so I either removed then or cropped then in. I got rid of some noise using Topaz IA Noise and sharpened using T topaz AI Sharpen. I also removed an. iPhone from an onlooker., got rid of excess,clobed out the original sky as it was very noisy. I must have used my maximum ISO at te tine, which is about 3299. . Pretty much it. I really loved te Festival as the weather was perfect, not a cloud in the sky all day. And, not importantly,, very little wind which could have cancelled it. This was during a not so recent PSA Conference. My camera was most likely the Nikon D300. No tripod, so had to handhold the night shots.
