The shot was taken with a nikon D750 camera fitted with a Tamron 90mm lens. The ISO was set at 1600, shutter speed 1/100s and aperture f/20.
The flower was placed on a white transparent perspex sheet. Two sources of white light were used, one below and the other one above the perspex sheet.

Love the origina colors, Gatan. Sharp contracts between the gree and blue is really something. The edited version is intriguing since it looks like a museum slide of a preserved flower. Posted: 07/13/2025 22:37:22
