About the Image(s)
There are so many joys connected with roaming thorough any garden but roaming through ours given the effort involved provides even more joy and especially after in this case a brief but heavy rain.
This image of a rose was taken with my Iphone 16 pro, 6.8 mm, f/1.8, 1/250 sec, iso 80. I imported into LR, cropped to make the central pattern in the rose with the water droplets the main subject, followed by adjustments using the tone and presence sliders.

What a lovely rose. Water droplets look like tiny diamonds! Love the color contrast and the lovely deep red.   Posted: 05/05/2025 18:41:30

Hi Ray: Alison stated it very well with the small water droplets looking like diamonds. Just super sharp detail in the middle of the rose flower, it does not get any better than that.
You have composed the rose very well, the two petals on the right side of the frame add extra points of interest and also form a good stopping point to keep ones eye from wandering out of the frame.
The square format fits the rose flower well, a nice close in portrait.   Posted: 05/08/2025 05:10:50
