They built the stadium in the landing path of LAX. On the site of the old Hollywood Park Race Track. Tom Ridge, head of homeland security at the time, said it was a very bad idea to put a stadium in the landing path in terms of security.
Notice the SoFi logo is covered up for The World Cup. As are all the corporate logos on all the FIFA stadiums.

A nice sequential shot. The parallax drops off after about 2/3 of the image. A longer interval would have given you more depth. Posted: 07/06/2026 22:51:59

At our airspeed and altitude on the LAX landing path the interval between L&R images needs to be captured quickly. Some people extract from 4K video files for that reason. To have a choice of frames at various intervals. This is from two cha-cha stills. Posted: 07/06/2026 23:42:45
