About the Image(s)
This is a strange viewer that was on display at a National Stereoscopic Association (NSA) Convention from many years ago, probably in Colorado. I can't figure out how this would work to display a 3d image. It was so long ago I don't remember anything about it. Has anyone seen a viewer like this before?
Taken with a Fuji W1, cropped in SPM, and cloned out some distracting elements in the background and then made some level adjustment in PS.
Is the disparity too large for competition? Is the window set ok? I wanted the viewer itself to pop out of the screen...

Interesting, I had a hand viewer some time ago like the front part of the viewer and it was for viewing slides which had to be inserted into slots at the front   Posted: 04/04/2025 20:06:11
Interesting display for a 3D convention. I can't see any depth in the image in the round frame below, so I think there must have been a 3D slide in the viewer of those two kids. With the viewer coming out of the frame, it makes me want to look in to see those darling kids in real 3D.   Posted: 04/09/2025 01:35:26
Interesting object and its image. The image has nice depth and viewer coming out of the window looks good. The image sharp too.   Posted: 04/17/2025 17:03:10
