This photo was taken with a Red Hydrogen One. I had many mushrooms in the fall and my wife let me borrow a tiny figurine of a photographer. It was tough to keep the figurine upright and the grass was cut short but still too tall as it turned out.
I tried cropping the original different ways but could not get that annoying grass out of the foreground. My other goal was to have the photographer figurine as a focal point of the photo. I ended up cropping, making some PS level adjustments and using a dark gradient to cover most of the remaining annoying grass.
In the future, I may try extracting the figurine from the image and pasting it on another 3D photo of the mushrooms I took that day. Those mushrooms looked pretty cool..

i like the concept but unfortunately it doesn't show the mushrooms as well as one might hope. i agree that a composite approach would probably be better.   Posted: 01/18/2025 17:49:41

Nice concept. The image is sharp and has nice depth. The size and shirt color of the figurine do not match for the image. It would have been better if you have tried a composite approach as suggested by Barry.   Posted: 01/21/2025 06:52:02
