About the Image(s)
Whenever we are out East and driving through West Virginia, we try to make a stop at the Glade Creek Mill in Babcock State Park. Fall is the ideal season for photographing here because of the fall colors. When we stopped on this particular trip, most of the leaves were gone.
For this image I used highlights and shadows and vibrance.

What a great subject to photograph so full of interest with good stereo. I like the iage as presented as t blends in with its surrounding and with just that little of colour fringing around the edge. I think one in the autumn would distract from that great building   Posted: 12/07/2024 20:45:15

Interesting image of long-long ago grinding mill. I'd like to have seen it working -way back when- and all the people that worked there and those that came to have the work done. Not that much water in the stream now. I wonder if the stream could even turn the wheel.   Posted: 12/13/2024 00:22:57

This almost looks like a water color painting. Especially where it seems the colors are running down the side of the millhouse. I don't remember seeing this in other 3D images. Very good image.   Posted: 12/14/2024 19:15:35

Nice shot and good location. Yes, it look like a painting. The image is sharp and I liked the composition. The colors look good and natural. May be, you could increase a little more contrast.   Posted: 12/21/2024 18:08:40
