About the Image(s)
Here is a very hyper pair showing the Basiliek van de Heilige Nicolass in Amsterdam, taken from the Stationsplein. It was taken as a Tango, rather than a Cha-cha, with a base of about three paces. I had to clone out a light pole that was too far forward for comfortable parallax. I had to use gaussian blur to match the cloned areas, then use unsharp mask afterward to restore sharpness. Original edited with 3dSteroid pro and Samsung photo editor, final edit was in SPM and the gimp.

With all your work you have created in interesting record of the church with good depth. I do find that the modern flats jar with the old traditional architecture but that was there it was a planning problem   Posted: 11/10/2024 21:18:42

Good work cloning out the light pole since I can't see where it was. I also noticed the juxtaposition of the old and the new architecture. To me it highlights the differences and adds some emphasis to the detail in the older structures.   Posted: 11/11/2024 22:34:20

nice shot and very nice effort. i'd like to see more at the bottom, but you've explained that it wouldn't have helped.   Posted: 11/11/2024 22:46:41

Nice shot. The image is sharp and has nice depth. You have removed the pole without any trace. Well done. In such places if you are using Cha-Cha or Tango method, it is better to avoid the lower portion of the view so that movement of people or vehicle will distract and spoil the image.   Posted: 11/23/2024 14:58:38
