About the Image(s)

Here is my Baby Grand Player Piano. A long time ago, I used to restore player pianos. The best player piano I ever found is this Baby Grand. It’s a “Welty” player that has control of the piano’s loud and soft peddle for emphasis and many other special functions. This one does not require you to peddle it ??“ it runs by its self. You can see the player roll place pulled out in front. The other 3D image shows all the bellows, pipes, pump and pulleys under the piano works. The only way I can play a piano is with an old piano roll.

What an interesting instrument and what a complicated method of operation you have to play the piano. You have done a good stereo record of your "baby" and it looks a lovely instrument.   Posted: 11/10/2024 22:26:44

Interesting and I know nothing about baby grand player pianos. Does it have a keyboard? The straight lines above certainly hide the complexity underneath.   Posted: 11/11/2024 22:59:55

Interesting subject and its details. Without an explanation, one has to think to identify the subject, because the subject is cut-off. Anyway, there is nice depth and sharpness. There are a lot of items to see.   Posted: 11/23/2024 15:33:32

Very nice image with good depth. Having a roll in place would give it a lot more context.   Posted: 11/27/2024 18:45:04
