About the Image(s)
One more from my Cambodian Temples; on this one I’m thinking the sky needs to be darker, but with the uneven border of the leaves, this is going to be difficult. Do you think more contrast is needed overall?

Hi Jack. Interesting and beautiful scene for IR. The composition works, showing how large the trees are compared to the temple. I think that a bit more midtone contrast would make the picture pop. It would help the sky as well as bring up the texture in the temple.   Posted: 12/02/2025 15:05:41
Jack I can see why you took this photo, especially in IR. Ancient temples have a profound presence. They arouse basic questions about religions and why humanity needs them. I like the contrast between the natural feel of the trees and how they stand against the stern darkness of the temple. You brought this out wonderfully.   Posted: 12/02/2025 15:59:23
This image makes me want to return to Asia and photograph more temples. This scene is ideal for IR. I agree with Arik, that slightly more contrast is called for. Also, consider darkening the stone structure on the lower left to keep the focus on the Temple.   Posted: 12/02/2025 21:17:03
Nice scene, well composed. I do like Emil's rendition as it brings out more detail in structure   Posted: 12/08/2025 18:56:51
JAck, Nicely seen and a great contrast between the structure
and the nature. I would try to bring out more detail in both sky and the temple.   Posted: 12/12/2025 15:37:13
