Hello Amy, and welcome to the group! You have produced a lovely abstract image of a calla lily. I like the vibrant red, yellow and green colors and how they blend into each other. To me, the strength of this image are the colors and curves. We all see abstract images differently, so if you don't mind, I'll give you my interpretation. I would crop and rotate the image to reduce the amount of black, and hone in on the curves and colors. There is no right or wrong. Here is my version. Posted: 02/12/2025 13:05:38

You have captured beautiful detail and colours in this calla lily, but giving the background almost half of the image creates a conflict in identifying the main subject.
