Even though it's Spring, we had a heavy ice storm here in Wisconsin. So I thought I would document some of that weather. This shot taken with my Sony a6500, 90mm lens, with a ISO of 125, f9.5 at 1/500 sec with a slight +0.5 EV adjustment to bring out more of the whiteness in the snow. The temperature was going up fast and things were melting quickly. Now that I look at it, I wished I would have used a higher f stop for more DOF.

I think you have a very interesting photo with nice clarity and focus. I like the light background. The composition is good, too. I don't have any suggestions for improvement. Posted: 04/08/2025 15:17:43
