About the Image(s)
This image was taken down the street at a neighbors home. She does not have a lawnmower. The entire yard is filled with flowers and Showy Grasses. I used the SlowShutter application and had the settings to give the image a more Monet look also with Snapseed I used a reverse Structure setting and also a little Glamor Glow settings.

Nice! I always like the Monet effect. What is a reverse structure setting and what does it do? I had a look in Snapseed and didn't find it.   Posted: 09/08/2023 15:37:39
The slight blur you created with the reverse structure worked well here. The Glamour Glow must be what gave the image the strong punch. All together the image really pops off the screen.   Posted: 09/09/2023 07:55:57
The bright colors in this photo stand out greatly. The colors get smaller as one looks into the depth of the scene. The blending of the colors work well. In the lower part of the image has made the purple flowers a bight sharper. This makes the scene stand out nicely. You did a good job of blinding the different colors together. A very good eye catcher.   Posted: 09/09/2023 16:25:12
"A riot of color" as the saying goes. The purple flowers in front point to the back and push the viewer's eyes up and through the image. The softness is interesting, but it doesn't seem to be uniform across the entire image. Pushing the Structure slider to soften is something I have not tried. I'll have to fiddle with that and see what happens. I like to use the "Glamor Glow" preset, too. Nice experiment.

Definitely a Monet perspective and admire your neighbor going from lawn to complete garden in front of house something my husband and I've been working on for years and glad to say making progress. Good job Jerry. What is a reverse structure setting and how do in Snapseed?   Posted: 09/16/2023 10:30:57
The effects you used really added a lot of punch to this image. It would be interesting to see the before image. You always have so many great ideas. Have you shared this with the neighbor?   Posted: 09/16/2023 19:59:52
