About the Image(s)
Was intrigued by large tattoos on this woman's body as she recently stood by ocean's edge in Asbury Park, NJ. You may notice by her hat that slight profile of another woman but didn't have the patience to try and remove with phone camera correction apps. Minor editing in Snapseed.

OK, while this is another example of someone else's art, I don't think anyone would argue that you haven't created something new.It takes nerve to take a shot like this. Good job giving us something quite different.   Posted: 07/02/2026 17:24:59
The image is a modern-day seashore scene with the woman expressing personal choice. I think the contrast between the covered head and the uncovered body is interesting and creates a point of discussion.
I understand about not trying to remove the other person with mobile apps. That would have been a real challenge. I think I might have cropped up from the bottom a little and maybe added a small vignette to bring focus to the subject.

I didnt crop from bottom, although your suggestions have merit, because am big fan of footprints in the sand as are these woman's leading to ocean edge. Waves sweep in frequently erasing footprints so they are a fleeting sight. Friend and I were walking along ocean's edge when spotted this woman. Couldn't resist grabbing a shot as we walked by. Didn't notice head of other woman until I got home and looked at photo.   Posted: 07/08/2026 00:07:19
I understand. If you were acquainted with the subject, you would have been able to get even more footprints and had the water washing at her feet. We can't always get what we want.

You for sure found an interesting subject on your walk. All I can say is she is expressing herself in more than one way. I don't think I would have thought about taking a picture of her.   Posted: 07/11/2026 03:03:57
