About the Image(s)
I've been photographically unmotivated recently, so I'm sharing a photo taken in late September while out for a mental health improvement walk. Gravity and weather made an arch out of the large branch. Interesting and unusual shape. Some small adjustments and a crop with Snapseed.

Robert, you always come up with something unique and interesting. I love the Arch. I can remember as a boy with friends looking for interesting things and would clime on trees like this. Just a little idea. Consider removing a few of the little items in the bottom right corner in the grass. Jerry   Posted: 12/10/2025 15:34:16
What catches my eye is the "eye" formed by the arch and its shadow. The branch in the center points through the eye into the distance, while the grass and foliage serve as a natural "vignette.' Nicely seen.   Posted: 12/11/2025 18:10:29
I actually hadn't noticed the "eye" feature, so thanks for sharing that. I was unconsciously fortunate to have the sun in just the right spot to do that. Thanks.

The tree is giving you an upside down smile as thanks for recognizing it uniqueness and taking a photograph. You always make excellent use of existing light. If there was a bench be a nice place to relax and read a book. You have such a good eye.   Posted: 12/14/2025 21:06:31

The arch shows really well. It compels the eye to look through it. I wish you could create something for the eye to see there. The grasses, especially on the left could be darker.   Posted: 12/18/2025 13:39:47
I didn't think about darkening the grasses on the left, so thanks for pointing that out. Also, I could have added a vignette to the whole image to add focus to the center feature.
