I never heard of Japanese Spirea. I will add that to my list of evasive plants. As I compare the original to the edited image, it seems like the green leaves seem to be lighter on the edited image. Jerry   Posted: 07/05/2025 13:29:54

I agree and I don't understand why. It don't remember it that way on my phone. I just checked and now see the difference on the phone. I need to pay more attention!!   Posted: 07/05/2025 13:50:02

As Jerry mentioned, the edited image seems to have lost contrast and saturation when compared to the original. I think the crop is good, as it brings focus to the blossoms.

I agree with the others on the loss of contrast and saturation from the original. To me the flowers look out of focus while the leaves in the background look more in focus. Were you using macro mode?   Posted: 07/14/2025 01:06:39

The crop was good but something was lost in the process in terms of clarity. Thanks for the education on the plant.   Posted: 07/14/2025 13:58:23
