About the Image(s)

Here is the final.
The original was a record shot as part of an assessment of road maintenance needs in our little development in central PA.
I decided to see what I could do to make a nicer image using only the native edits on my 12 pro, Including crops, presets and sharpening.

I like your crop and post treatment as it really makes the scene look like a fall day. I'm wondering where the road leads?   Posted: 04/08/2025 22:56:54

It leads to the pavement in Henderson Hollow, known only to locals.   Posted: 04/10/2025 19:06:43

Crop and editing definitely add color and texture to this fall scene. Another way to crop image for different result would be to crop top of trees and put focus on interesting circular shadows as look like large bear paw prints.   Posted: 04/12/2025 16:37:36

When I first saw this image, I thought those spot shadows might have been animal tracks, just as Lynne suggested. So, I might have cropped it differently, but it's fine the way you've edited it. The warmer color temperature does seem to change the season to fall. The leading line make one want to follow the path into the scene. Nice.
