About the Image(s)
A few years ago there was an Art Show at McKee Gardens in Vero Beach FL. This is one of my favorite times to visit gardens. I have seen many types of art, in many beautiful gardens and have never been disappointed viewing all the talent. McKee Gardens is known to have a photography contest each year looking for the best photos of water lilies while in bloom,. But this Beautiful Blue caught my eye. Taken with my Canon 80D, f9, 1/60 , ISO100.

Yes indeed blue is a beautifil color, but I think though the color is a bit too heavy. As matter of fact the blue, in some spots is black. I'm telling you that because my imagine is also too much contrasty. Very nice.   Posted: 08/06/2026 22:45:00
Thank you for your comments Gabriele. I should get my computer looked at. I do not see any black in the blue glass petals. And the only change I made to the original was to take out some dead stuff on the right. Looking at it again, I now see a little more. Thanks.   Posted: 08/14/2026 20:22:32
Wow. I was sure this flower wasn't real. You don't normally see this much blue in nature. For me, the black is in the shadows which could be fixed with the shadow slider...maybe. I like how you filled the frame with the primary element of the image.   Posted: 08/15/2026 22:54:52
Thank you Kurtis for your comments. I will try to fix the shadows.   Posted: 08/19/2026 00:02:26

I agree with Art suggestion. This Artwork is quite beautiful!!! I really love the deep blue ( Klein's blue). As a suggestion, Marge, you might be able to change the color of the red flower in green, in post processing.I would give it a try....Bravo!
