This photo is called *Four Generations*. The photo shows the male part of my family, 4 generations of men. The oldest is 85 years old, and the youngest is only 2 years old. With this photo, I wanted to preserve the memory of such an important connection as family. It is so rare to enjoy communication in four generations at once, and I considered it a very important moment in our family. This photo was taken with a Canon EOS 5D Mark IV camera, f 1.8, ISO 125, and a 35mm lens. Converted to monochrome using Photoshop.

You have captured a very,very important part of your family history,I love the way each member of the family is touching another member so showing the close family connection,everyone is in bare feet showing everyone feels comfortable and relaxed in each others company,the backdrop is perfect and the vignette focuses the eye on the group.

A simply superb image Maria. Wonderfully set-up, lit and executed. Good and sharp throughout all four people and your processing to bring all those skin tones is first rate. I'm not sure if you used any clarity in your processing, but if you did, it's perfect, brings out all the masculine skin details. Welcome to the group. I welcome your input regarding my work. I enjoyed your image of the 4 generations. The background really compliments the subjects. I suggest that the clild's soft in the foreground be darkened a bit. It now competes with the brightness of the child's face.
