This month I dug into my Portland, Oregon files from last September. Fort Vancouver was a visited and this image was taken in one of the General Stores Warehouses. The light was natural without electricity inside. A FF camera with 24-105 lens at 24mm, 1/60, F 4.5, ISO 5,000. In post camera processing, I added a different background, cropped, selectively dodged, added a slight vignette, 3 pix grey stroke, sharpened & denoised & called it done.

Interesting image. Overall it looks a little soft to me. I am used to seeing your tack sharp images. Not sure what can be done to enhance the feather pen. It looks like it may have been pasted in the image. Susan Posted: 04/12/2026 18:08:08
