About the Image(s)
This is an outdoor Portraiture shoot organised by my local club. The location is in the city centre on a broadwalk in the late afternoon. The image was taken using a 24 to 120mm lens at ISO 100, 1/200 shutter speed and F5.6.
Only some minor adjustments (brightness, contrast, colour tones) and cropping were done on PS.
The sun was setting across the bay and the wind was blowing. While she struggled against the setting sunlight, she tried to shade her eyes with her hand. As the wind lifted her long skirt and pressed the dress onto her body, it revealed her slim body.

Walter, I agree totally with Mark on your photo, well done. Walter, imo, a little brighter and a touch sharper and it would be perfect.

I enjoy her pose and the swirl of her dress. There are a couple of tiny things to remove (really tiny!) such as the man in the yellow shirt in the background, piece of debris right beneath her skirt on the right. Maybe crop from the right to just include two posts. That will eliminate the runner and I think still be balanced.   Posted: 01/07/2025 20:31:10

Lovely model eye catching red dress I agree with Dorinda I also might like the background more out of focus   Posted: 01/12/2025 01:20:23
