I took this photo several years ago at Canyonlands Amusement Park in Glenwood Springs Colorado. I thought he had an interesting look so I asked him if I could take a few images and he was nice enough to oblige. The image was shot as iso 400, f2.8, 1/400 at 70mm. Adjustments and black and white conversion were done in Photoshop Elements.

Very nice portrait. BW is a good choice. I would like to see a little more separation between the subject and the background. Perhaps selecting your subject and making some contrast and/or other adjustments to make him stand out just a little more from the background would work. Posted: 11/10/2024 17:54:52
