I went on a macro shoot with friends. I don't really have the fabulous lens that they did. I love this shot, not sure if it is macro or not.
Converted to bw, added a masked layered and selectively added back color to my lady. Humor in nature.

It took me a few minutes to see your lady -this will well confuse most judges. I feel that the strengthening if the lady's colour and the inclusion of the sprays has made it much stronger and more easily appreciated. Posted: 07/11/2024 14:37:51

I like the image of this flower, but find the purple colors rather distracting. I would suggest a straight monochrome, but increase the constrast somewhat. Posted: 07/15/2024 17:49:56
Interesting.. getting quite creative lately with your editing. It took me a while to see the lady but now I understand, haha. For whatever reason, I like the version with the bubbles. I think without, not sure it would work as a straight B&W without a lot of editing because of the severe contrast. Posted: 07/24/2024 17:35:38
