About the Image(s)
A group from my photo club spent a recent Saturday morning looking around parts of Manchester, to do some street photography We started in St Peter’s Square by the Central Library and Town Hall Extension, and soon fixated on the old telephone boxes. The area was very busy as there was a peaceful, joyful demonstration going. The area is one of the starting points for foreign tourist groups going around the city, and the two boxes are used as a good selfie spot
As I could not get any good images on the day I went back the following Saturday morning arriving before 8am, a time I knew there was virtually no traffic and very few people about and would be able to set up a tripod in the centre of one of the main roads quite safely. Taken on my Fuji XT5 with 23mm lens,1/125 sec,f5, ISO400
