About the Image(s)

I really don't think this is the center of town, just some random square or something. But the structure lined with foliage looked interesting. This was also a good chance to try out the new AI removal features in LR. This is a 4 shot HDR processed with Photomatix, original edits in LR and the AI removal of the 2 cars, pretty impressive. Then off to PS to add some sky so that I could correct for some convergence without cropping off the steeple. Then a little Color Efex for color and contrast.

The removal of the cars is very impressive, particularly in reconstructing the base of the tree that was hidden behind a car. It is impossible to tell that the sky as been added to and altered, when the image was 'distorted' to correct the verticals of the buildings. This is a good demo of what can now be readily achieved using Lightroom and Photoshop.   Posted: 12/12/2024 11:53:44

Well done. I like the way the clouds are on top of the pinnacle of the structure. I am curious, what town are we looking at?   Posted: 12/18/2024 18:44:48

An interesting image of that square in (obviously) somewhere in Germany. Like the others have said, the removal of those cars and the restauration of the background is amazing.   Posted: 12/21/2024 18:37:45
