About the Image(s)
Crocus are the one of the first flowers to show, and I have a small patch in my front yard. I decided to grab a few shots, but I was too lazy to drag out my full frame with macro lens, and just grabbed my iPhone 15 instead. I might have gotten a better pic with the regular camera, but I was happy with the initial results. Of course one big issue is the depth of field is so good, and it as a short distance to the ground when all the mulch would be sharply in focus.
In LR, I cropped to the top, selected the subject and added contrast, texture and adjusted brightness. I then selected the background and really darkened it. I removed the water tube, and finally used the blur section to soften that mulch.
