About the Image(s)
Photo taken during a hike in the Yasuni rain forest (Ecuador), more than a year ago. I liked the simplicity of the composition, with the droplet as the focal point. The main post-processing was some cropping from all sides, plus the standard vibrance, clarity, saturation, and contrast corrections. Technical specifications: 300mm. lens, 1/125 sec. at f/6.7, ISO 6400, handheld.

Hi Jose, it is beautiful in its minimalistic simplicity. I like the composition and the vivid greens against the calm background. - On my screen, it looks just a little soft?   Posted: 01/06/2025 18:46:21

I agree with Kirsti about the softness of the drop and above it, but I think that with a sharpening program like Topaz Sharpen AI, you can fix that. Nice simple design.   Posted: 01/06/2025 21:48:01

I agree with Bob and Kirsti. I might crop in on the left keeping the aspect ratio to minimize the blue area and focus more on the subject.   Posted: 01/06/2025 22:20:27

A simple but effective shot. Seems like you had to travel a great distance to get it!   Posted: 01/08/2025 21:22:50

A simple minimalistic image with the subject in green color. At first I keep looking at the stem above the droplet to see if there is some kind of insect sitting on it. But of course there is none!   Posted: 01/20/2025 16:12:36
