About: I was backstage at a concert and this performer was putting on her makeup, and thought a closeup might contribute to an interesting shot. I have other variations in my head. That need to be fleshed out. The usual adjustments were made in post. Then: Made selection, merged with white background, applied textures from Topaz Impressions.

Very different way to process an image of an eye! I find it a bit scary!!! Strange marking on the pupil.
Not an easy thing to do but smoothing out the lower eyelid might improve the image a little?

How creative. I think the eye and eyebrow needs to be blended a bit with the background. I think you could use a brush and the opacity for the brush to make it softer. Posted: 07/20/2025 19:13:55
