About: Nikon D300; Nikkor 80-400; 1/500 @ f8 ISO 800.
I cannot find the original, but it was simply an overexposed Heron flying in the Ding Darling preserve in Sanibel, FL. That preserve is a fantastic place for birds. I had blown out the highlights, so there was no detail.in the bird, but I liked the position of the wings. In PS just normal processing for exposure and color. In an early version of On1 I played with the glow and blur functions to get this effect.

Quite a ghostly feel to the image.Lovely positioning of the wings. I think the feet are a fun aspect of the image.
