This image was taken during my testing of new RF5.2mm F2.8 L DUAL FISHEYE lens. Camera Canon EOS R5. ISO-200, f/2.8, This is the left image from the stereo pair. Exposure time 1/100 sec, Focal length 5mm. Adjusted the image in Adobe Camera Raw initially. Further processing PS. Selected the leaf and the background was blurred. Some bright areas in the background was burned. A mild vignette was used finally after trimming.

Great job of selecting the leaf (an excellent choice) and blurring the background. The leaf with the water drop is beautiful. I would prefer to have the remnant of the gray vase on the left removed or darkened to blend in with the background. Posted: 12/05/2025 16:45:56
Beautiful image! The detail in the water drop is incredible. I agree with that the gray pot edge is distracting. I am wondering if using a solid or textured background would work better since the leaf is not tethered to the soil. Posted: 12/16/2025 15:33:41
