About the Image(s)
This is another image taken on 2nd May 2025 at Thailand. This is the same warrior model in last month's image, Nid. She covered the sword with black (or dark colored) cloth and pour oil. Then it is lighted. The flame is about to go off.
Camera Canon R5 with RF 24-240mm lens. f/5.6, ISO-1000, 1/160sec, focal length 70mm. The image was trimmed and levels adjusted. The bright background was burned in PS. The sharpening and motion blur were corrected using Topaz.

I like the crop & the lighting that is on the subject. I had to look carefully to see the flame on the knife (maybe AI could help with increasing the flame!!!). Nicely finished by darkening the top right area.   Posted: 07/19/2025 09:20:31
The model's intense gaze is very compelling and immediately draws the viewer in - she's clearly the focal point of the image. You've done an excellent job handling the bright background in post-processing; it's well balanced and doesn't distract from the subject.   Posted: 07/19/2025 21:46:28
Beautiful image! I agree that your are drawn in by both the serenity and intensity of the model's eyes. On my screen, there seems to be a white outline on the sword and shoulder of the model which may need to be eliminated. I would also suggest leaving a bit more room on the left of the sword. You did a wonderful job calming down the bright areas of the background.   Posted: 07/22/2025 00:53:46
Your capture of the woman is very beautiful, enhanced by the darkened part of the background (so that it blends better with the tree trunk) and the burning sword. The white line that Terry mentioned is also in the original. It would be best removed.   Posted: 07/27/2025 00:28:47
