About the Image(s)

I recently visited SeaWorld in Orlando, Florida and was enchanted by the sea lions (as well as the Orca Whales). I was happy to capture this sea lion with its mouth wide open. I took the photo with my Sony rx10 fixed lens camera, with the lens at 65mm (24-600mm). The other settings were 1/60 sec at f/9.0, ISO 800.

I wasn't pleased with the busy background, and especially the brown sections of water, so after cropping, I took the image from Lightroom into Photoshop, chose Select Subject /Inverse /Image /Black and White, and adjusted the Hue slider to bring back the blue. I clicked Save to move the edited image back to Lightroom, took it to Topaz AI Sharpen, and corrected the sharpness and noise.
