About the Image(s)
This was a candid shot of a girl riding a pony at a fall costume event in Flamingo Gardens. Once I tried the image as a black & white, I felt like a captures the soul of this child in a Victorian Era. Taken with my Nikon D 5200 on Manual Mode, Lens 55-300; Focal Length 100mm, Speed 1/320 sec., F/5.6, ISO 1000. Post processing Photoshop Basic adjustments, including a black & white with a touch of Sepia conversion. My questions: Does this image give you the sense of an era gone by? Does the cropping of the image work?

Beautiful image of the little girl. With her head turned toward you, I feel that you did capture her soul. I prefer the uncropped version - with the b&w conversion and background removed, as you have done. Posted: 11/21/2024 21:18:16
Nice portrait of the child. I liked the child's pose and expression. I liked the colored image more than the B/W. The cropping is a little tight. Posted: 11/23/2024 14:31:16
