Love the beautiful rich colors of the flowers. Hummingbird focus is very sharp. Great composition. I found the buds of the flower behind the hummingbird distracting so I cloned out and then darken around the bird. I find Hummingbirds are very hard to photograph. Great job!   Posted: 09/04/2023 08:17:01

Sarita, hummingbird photography is not an easy task. To be able to hover they need to flap their wings very fast which requires a fast shutter speed, and not always the background is presented to the best of the possibilities, like in this image we have the intrusion of another flower overlapping the body of the bird in the background, which is distracting. I see Kathy's intention to remove it, but the PP created some distortion of the image at that level. Otherwise, the image is sharp and the colors are vivid.   Posted: 09/05/2023 09:54:44
Sarita, this is a great photo, especially to stop the action of the hummingbird wings at 1/1600 second in very detailed focus. I like what Isaac did to remove the flowers behind the hummingbird, but I like the colors of your background. Here is my attempt at removing the flowers behind the hummingbird,

Jim, it was not me, It was Kathy. This iteration looks better.   Posted: 09/06/2023 15:56:35

A really beautiful shot, and you rendered it well, but I like what Jim did especially as well ask Kathy. The simplicity of this shot and the diagonals with the colors are beautiful.   Posted: 09/10/2023 09:29:53
