About the Image(s)
I took this in Costa Rica. We had placed a pig carcass out to attract the vultures. The king vulture (white) is the largest of the vulture family. The king arrived late to the party but pushed the blacks out of the way. In this image a black vulture and king vulture are arguing over a perch near the carcass. Of course, the king won the argument. I was in a blind.
Technical Stuff: Aperture f5.0, Focal Length 561mm, 1/1250 sec, ISO 500. Using a 4:3 camera I get a greater depth of field than a full frame 35mm sensor. But there is always a price and it is more noise. With the noise correcting software now available it is easily corrected.
