This is another one from the archives. Taken in 2018 on one of my trips out west. These are some of the "Vermilion Cliffs" found along the way from Jacob Lake in Arizona to the north rim of the Grand Canyon. There were storm clouds brewing, but the weather held off long enough to get
some great light on those beautiful red, rocky cliffs.
Thanks for your feedback!

Hi Karen,
A very nice Pano and the storm clouds help make the image.
Best regards,

Hi Karen. This is a great panoramic landscape, especially because of the quality of the light. Your exposure and focus are well done, and the shapes of the hills create a nice composition set off against the interesting sky. I think there would also be an excellent nonpanorama landscape just including the left 2/3 of the image. Ingrid   Posted: 04/12/2025 21:01:45
Hi Karen, lovely vista, well presented in landscape mode. The threatening cloud to the clear sky sets the scene, enhanced with the side lighting on the rock face. Details are good in the main subject area.   Posted: 04/18/2025 03:28:37
