Hi Kamal,
I always like your images. I think the color palette works well and you captured the formation in motion.
Best regards,

Hi Kamal, I am always impressed with the way these military types do their precision drilling.

The colour palette works well, unfortunately the point of focus seems to be on the soldiers in the main group I might have preferred it to be on the main officer in the foreground, perhaps with a wider focus range.

As a suggestion try and either toned down further or eliminate the wind farm in the background.   Posted: 03/11/2025 20:45:41

Hi Tom,
Greetings my friend.
Yes I do agree with you about the subject (Main Officer) not being focused on the forground. I will remember the suggestions for future shooting of this sort.
Thank you.
Kindest regards

Hi Kamal - Nice action shot of IAF Marching Men. I agree with all comments. The image has an interesting story that stands well as is. I do believe that isolating the main officer may have made for a stronger presentation overall. I would have liked to have heard your comments and background on the image for more context. Best ~

Hi Kamal -
Another great capture of a moment. My only suggestion would be to tone down the dark blue framing in the back, unless it is of great significance to the moment. I like that you captured what appears to be a crowd watching them? But it is such a bright blue it almost draws attention away from the marching men.   Posted: 03/18/2025 16:47:59

Hi Kamal. This is a great image and you have captured an interesting event at a perfect moment. I agree that the blue framing takes away from the primary subject and desaturating it would help the composition. But overall, I congratulate you!   Posted: 03/19/2025 01:12:33

I love the movement you've captured in this shot. It took me a second to refocus my eyes on the boots in the middle group to realize you caught the soldiers going both directions. That almost counteracted my first thought, which was to crop out those soldiers on the left, as they seemed to take your eye out of the photo. Now I'm not so sure - but I still might try it! You couldn't completely eliminate the purple frame, but you might be able to crop just to the left, then clone it out.
Great capture!   Posted: 03/21/2025 14:29:43
