This butterfly was walking on a log in a butterfly garden.
Steps taken for image:
1. Cropped
2. Adjusted brightness
3. Using "Select subject" in Photoshop, selected butterfly.
4. Used "Select Inverse", then painted matching green color to disguise the bright spots in the background.
5. Resized for PSA website.
6. Sharpened.

Hi Barbara, excellent butterfly image, it is sharp, and well placed in the frame, the colour is well handled with good definition in the wings and markings, no distractions with the log or background, allowing all focus to be on the butterfly.   Posted: 07/20/2024 11:45:31

A very nice butterfly image with clean background. I prefer to increase the exposure value of the butterfly slightly.
