with minor adjustments to contrast, sharpening , vignette around the edges and slight lightening on central area.

This is a fun shot that captures the joy of summer. The composition is great, with the boys forming a triangle. None of the figures distract, as they are all dressed in the same color. You can almost hear him yelling, "Cow-a-bunga"! (Or whatever kids yell today as they jump off into the pool.)
Nice balance of the three boys' positions. The inclusion of the two boys tells us this isn't just a lone swimmer but "a gang" enjoying a summer break.
I like the various shades of blue against the earth tones of the background. While that's likely just a happy accident, it works well.
Nice balance of shutter speed and depth of field.
