Not the shot I was going to go for but it’s definitely Summer here. Hanging on a mooring as the sun sets, enjoying the peace and quiet . Pretty much as shot, slight adjustment for the sun and cropped to fit.

A good capture of the setting sun with its reflections well captured on the water. As a suggestion, I would crop off some of the water to put more emphasis on the sky. It does look like a peaceful scene. Posted: 07/05/2026 23:21:09

Hi Gene,nice summertime image as the sun goes down over the water, perhaps the image is a little dark with the background and boats loosing detail, the golden reflection on the water makes the image, with no blown out areas, I can see a more of a panoramic shot (16:9) by cropping some off the bottom , but still keeping the sun on the waves, and highlighting the lovely light with the sun rays and colour in the clouds, well captured.
