Thank you for allowing me to try a feature out using the Canadian application Corel Paint Shop Photo Pro which was "DISTORION EFFECT" with the RIPPLE one which I did of a standard image of my hometown and used the default settings.
Once this was done I re-sized to met our requirements and saved for sharing.
